Well, today we learned Mr. Alex Wert of Joakland hates cars.
Good for you Alex. It bothers me too that America spends so much of it's capital on forgein oil.
But explain to me please, how a Station Square Slots parlor will help that problem?
You seem to think that it's a matter of public transportation.
Seriously Alex, how many slots players will arrive by river boat? By trolley? By Bus?
Don't you think it's much smarter to build such a facility in an area that's not already traffic congested? We'd have less cars ildling away fossil fuel.
Take yourself for example Alex, how would you get to such a facility from Joakland? Wouldn't it much easier to ride your bike, or push your skate board to the Lower Hill?
Don't you just hate it when someone with little to no knowledge of Energy Issues spouts of in the Press?
Admit it Alex, Gasoline consumption and the slots issue have NOTHING to do with each other.
Unless we could convince IoC to put solar pannels on the roof of both their Slots parlor and the new Arena...
