With Welch and Moore gone, the Penguins' league-leading team IQ has dropped significantly. Can we make a playoff run without these two brilliant Harvard-graduate minds? My sources tell me that Ray Shero is single-handedly trying to make the Penguins dumber. Stay tuned...
