12 shots to 12 shots....good or bad?

allowing less shots, taking less shots? thoughts? i'd say better, work on defense first, grow your offensive opportunities after.

Wow. Andre Roy with an almost impressive slap-shot.

Koltsov just abused McCabe to set up a good rush. It's a shame he can't score goals or he'd be a very good NHL player.

Good shift by Koltsov. Blacks the point shot, beats the D to the loose puck and makes a play to Roy for a good shot on goal.

Anyone else think its kinda funny that right after Eeyore said the Hilbert line doesnt have any chemistry and that they are too small, they started playing really good.

Hilbert has played well since they plucked him off waivers. I'm not saying he's an all-star or anything, but so far I haven't seen why Chicago wanted to give up on him.

I thought you had to have a clear line starting OUTSIDE the blue line and he necer had control until after he was in the zone.

If Scuderi would have let him go in the first place, Fluery would have had the save....this is terrible

Radio broadcast is about six or seven seconds ahead of the DirecTV feed. This is kind of interesting to watch.

But every time I've seen Scuderi try that play, at least twice this year, he's made it. I just question the awarding of the penalty shot because none of the conditions seemes to completely apply.

So McCabe can cross check Rita head first into the boards with no penalty.

And now Belak tackles Ouellett in the corner right in front of the ref. I guess the NHL needs Toronto in the playoffs, right?

This has been a poorly officiated game at both ends. That penalty shot call was questionable and they have missed calls/let things go all over the place.

I agree, Pens got away with a lot of crap, it looked like they just wanted this game to be over with quickly and just put the whistles away fro the whole 3rd period.
