I found the beginning of the article about his slow start comparable to MAF.

MAF will become an even better goalie once the Pens start wining more, and he gains more confidence.

Or it could be said that once MAF becomes better, the Pens will start winning.

The odd thing about MAF is that he seems to stop the tough shots and lets in some really easy ones. You know seem to know what is going to happen.
