? for STH RE: 3/26 post-game Meet N Greet

Postby ajh2298 on Wed Mar 22, 2006 6:05 pm

My brother & I share season tickets, and he just called me wondering if I received tickets/voucher to attend a meet & greet following the Canadiens game on 3/26. He heard about this via an eBay auction (which I link here & stress that is not my auction)

http://cgi.ebay.com/Penguins-v-Canadien ... dZViewItem

I am curious as to whether any other STH received these vouchers or notice of this event because I never received any notice/tickets. Please let me know whether this is legitimate and/or if I should check with my ticket rep (which I tried to do, but they are gone for the night).

Thanks.

I'm guessing this is for the full season ticket holders, on the books
as full season ticket holders. At the penguins site you can email
customer service about getting invites for all of us. :P

Sounds like it could be nice!

I don't know.

They used to have a carnival for STHs where they had activities for kids and autograph stations. Ironically this is the first season I am interested in going since my daughter would like to meet Crosby and MAF but it appears they won't have it this season. There was a STH skating party at the Igloo earlier this month, but I don't think the players were there.

igloo seat only would give the penguins a workable number...no chaos
for all the Sergei fans.

some penguin group use to have a combined dinner with players sitting
at the tables. Maybe the pens fan club? It was nice but the last year I went too many people were bringing all sorts of things to sign.

I have a half season and received no notification of this event. Sounds like it would be a lot of fun and a nice opportunity. I did attend a skating party -- there were three last week -- it was great to skate on the ice and sit on the benches...an item of interest, I attended on the Monday right after the Philly game and there were a couple of used smelling salts on the visitor's bench presumably from when Roy rang that guy's bell? No players were in attendance.

These are full-season tix (5 seats total), right by the player's runway in section A. If that means anything.
