rumor or truth?

Postby FuturePens on Sat Apr 01, 2006 8:57 pm

When I was at the Pens game recently, pre-gaming in the parking lot, I caught a few people conversing about how Graig Patrick has his house put up for sale....

Do you guys think that this is just a rumor or actually true? The guys said that they knew that it was up for sale because GP was their friends neighbor.

I'am curious, as it would increase my hopes for a potential good next season!!!

Your input.

Well, he could just be downsizing or upsizing. Doesn't mean he's gone.

Well...that's where he should live...far away, and with the actual Penguins.

Patrick is considered to be one of the top names on the short list of candidates to take over the now-vacant Boston Bruins' GM position. Speculation of this has been steady since about January. While CP will never admit it publicly, it does make sense because I believe it was his grandfather Lynn that played for the Bruins and once held that GM position as well. If I'm wrong on those details, someone let me know.

But I have a feeling both he and the Pens are going to mutually agree to part ways as soon as the season is over.

I wonder if that is the same house he got into that dispute with the Giant Eagle exec over a few years back?

He did, but he bought a house, amid much controversy, a few years back in Fox Chapel.

 My goodness, I thought buying my home was a pain in the izzle!!

Could'nt bare to read the whole thing but it sounds like CP got f'd in the a and had to fight it out. Meanwhile his career was turning into a sinking ship and now he will probably have to sell it.

I wonder if Judge McFalls remembered to wear his pants for all those hearings.
