However, you can't really say he's going to be a superstar the way you can with the others. Goalies are so streaky, even for entire seasons. I wouldn't be surprised to see him fade and be pedestrian next year, especially given a Ranger defense that could allow that to happen much quicker than other teams would.

Where in Blazes did I do that... stop puting words in my mouth.
It'd help if you actually read what someone posted before responding.
Show me where I said Lundquists success was due to Jagr????
*You* are the one who said Lundquist was the sole reason the Rangers were winning. Now that's Preposterous.
No one player can carry any team.

Might have something to do with a guy named Jagr too!
But I agree, Lundqvist is awesome.
I can't remember when we've had so many great young goalies in the league. It's really exciting.

Reality check time.
Seriously, Svatos has a better chance than Lunqvist in my opinion, look at his stats again please ! 8)

Do you write this ???

I also think that Ovechkin is indeed better than Crosby AT THIS POINT. I would be surprised, however, if many personnel folks around the league would take Oveckin over Crosby long-term...

Down the stretch, though, Crosby has been more consistent than AO. Doubt even passing AO would sway the voters, but one cannot say Crosby didn't show up at the end. A hell of a finish, and makes the games fun to watch on Centre Ice too. (And gets us away from that Berinato fellow on Caps broadcasts here in DC)
