Last straw for Endicott

Postby wondermoose on Sat Apr 08, 2006 9:49 pm

That hooking penalty was it for him methinks. He was put on waivers, they obviously don't want him, and after tonight's PATHETIC performance, I can't see him playing another game in the NHL for the Penguins.

Sadly, I think the waiver move was just because he can play for WB/S in the playoffs.

I thought that wasn't possible because he had to be at WBS at the trading deadline? The paper moves of Fleury and Whitney were to allow them in the playoffs. Or was Endicott down there for his conditioning stint at that time?

Hmmmm...

If I understand it right, he is in their playoff roster in the same way the other guys are, but he needed to clear waivers in order to go down and play for them.

He made it. My apologies to the citizens of Wilkes Barre and/or Scranton.
