P Sykora seems a very laid back type of a person so the ratings probably mean next to nothing, but for his year, he should be 3rd.
Maybe they rename this award in honor of Jaromir soon.

Who won five years ago? Jagr had an awful season on his standards anyway.

The only other guy that comes close to winning as often as him is Hasek.
