Hey Guys,

Nice! I will say that I'm actually rather surprised at how everyone seems to think Pesonen will make the team. I certainly agree (at least, I hope!), but I fully expected everyone to say that he didn't have much of a chance. Let's hope that game of his can hold up to NHL standards. I'd really like to see him in a Pens sweater this season.

There was a question about the Pens' toughness compared to last year:

Now the Pens still have guys like Cooke, Gill, and Eaton who can bang. Eric Godard can fight, no question. And Orpik can hit with the best of them, but losing Whitney as well does hurt with some of the physicality and grit. They will be hard pressed to have that same forcefulness as last year.

Hmm, someone needs to watch the Pens a little more closely.

interesting stuff. nice questions. a few "huh?" moments, but overall a good read. though only 2 out of 10 people picking detroit to win it all is pretty friggin crazy.
