Forget Mr. na na na na na, it's all about Tavares now. I think I spelled that wrong.

I'll give you a clue, its equal to the amount of goals jordan staal has this year...

No no, its all sunshine and lollipops, just ask the "regulars"

How is being 100% positive any different than being 100% negative like you've been? People aren't on you because you're complaining; they're on you because that's ALL you've dooing. I've yet to see someone draw the ire of other posters for posting a criticism that had some reasoning behind it, but when anyone just keeps posting "he sucks, they stink" over and over, people are going to get tired of it.

Curing complaints with more complaints.
The strategy works with hangovers, so why not :)

I actually like those lines.

I'm not thrilled about putting Talbot on the first line but the options otherwise aren't that great so I'd be okay with it for the time being. (Assuming it works, of course. )

I'm not usually in GDT during the games but I've felt like I've needed to stick around to try to bring some positivity. But mostly it goes ignored and some people would rather throw temper tantrums. Gross.

It doesn't all have to be sunshine, rainbows & lollipops but a little perspective would be nice once in awhile.

Do you think maybe the Pens effort has more to do with this than the "juju"?

Just asking, but seriously, do you?

Seriously, of course.

As the director of juju channeling, historically and traditionally a cardinal rule of the gdt is GOOD JUJU here, beaching elsewhere. Since the gdt's implementation the hockey gods have come around to smiling down on the Pittsburgh Penguins. Don't mess with the juju!

So Kennedy gets 2 periods with Sid and we are already deeming it a failure.

Kennedy-Sid-Satan
Staal-Malkin-Sykora
Cooke-Talbot-Dupuis
Fedo-Ziggy-Godard

Kennedy is lucky to be in the NHL right now, really he has done nothing since game one

Detroit is losing to the Sharks, 4-1. I guess they should just tank the rest of the season for Tavares as well.

Staal has to go. He is so slow. He looks so bad when he is handling the puck. If Atlanta took him off our hands I'd be so happy. But, right now, Jordan is my least favorite penguin. I can probably say nice stuff about every penguin, except Jordan. He needs to be scratched a night. His offensive zone play just is not acceptable.

If I could I'd send Jordan Staal to the AHL, keep Minard up, and bring up Pessonen.
Dupuis - Crosby - Sykora
Pessonen - Malkin - Minard
Fedotenko - Talbot - Satan
Godard - Zigomanus - Cooke

He blamed the players for not buying into the system for the lack of scoring.

HAHA. I was kind of surprised that Minard was the first to be called up, although he deserves just as much of a shot as Peso. I wouldn't be surprised if Sid is out for a few games with injury x that Pesonen gets a shot with the big club.

Let's hope Geno has 10 or more shots for the Blues; he deserves a goal or 6 for his efforts.

They tried Sykora with Crosby when he first got here, despite his previous history playing with Malkin in Metallurg. For whatever reason, he didn't click with Crosby. If Sykora's history as a Penguin tells us anything, it's that if you want to maximize Sykora's value to the team, you keep him on Malkin's right side.
