I used to do that with The Current One but then realized I could just point to the most recent post for hilarity.

According to the Philly board, Sid's period kicked in.

*The team left Arizona before dawn and cancelled their practice in St. Louis today.
Sid will take the am skate and see how feels. Not ruling out playing against the blues so far.

Exactly. And many of them are simply suffering from Crosby envy. That affliction also affects Caps fans, in that they can't go more than 20 minutes without bringing his name up.

It's kind of like Fred Flinstone when he was addicted to gambling, and kepts saying "bet bet bet bet bet", except that they replace bet with "crosby".....

It's true. I'm beginning to think that Flyers and Caps fans are more obsessed with Crosby than anything, with how much they talk about him. They are pathetic.

They love him. And they hate themselves for it. :)

He participated in the morning skate, and Dupuis was placed on IR.

Undisclosed injury? - This is what's REALLY up.

Postby Collider on Sat Nov 01, 2008 5:54 pm

So as you all are aware, Crosby left the game the other night with an "undisclosed" injury. Nobody in the organization has leaked any information about the nature of the injury, nor has anyone in the media been able to find out exactly what's wrong with Crosby. Here's what I think happened:

Crosby sat on his junk funny.

Now bear with me. You males out there are sure to know what I'm talking about - when you sit down the wrong way on your junk and it pops back up into your abdominal cavity. This can be really painful, like getting kicked, and it can give you some killer nausea and blurry vision. However, it is also one of the most embarrassing self sustained injuries a man can get. You've all been there... "Hey, what's wrong, Kevin?" "Uh.... nothing." This is obviously why Crosby is back after only missing part of a game, but we have no idea what his injury was.

Just call me Sherlock.

I'm a female so I can't say I can really comment on the validity of this theory, but it does always sound funny when information is released as an "undisclosed lower body injury"
