I hear what you are saying...I actually don't mind Dupuis with Malkin and Sykora though...Let Malkin and Sykora create offensively and let Dupuis do the dirty work...

Hmm. Well, yeah, maybe :P

Then again, if there's a top six fit for Dupuis why not with Malkin and Sykora. As long as they get the shooting opportunities and not him.

I don't think Fedontenko will be playing tonight though. Move Cooke up, insert Bissonnette.

Whatever. This is getting so old. We're trying every combo there is, it's not like this one is going to suddenly click. Probably won't last long anyway. I would rather see some continuity but that's not how MT rolls.

Most of the time would I would understand this complaint (and sometimes agree) but I just can't right now, not with all the injuries that have been popping up left & right. The players available from game to game keeps changing, and so the lines must change as well.

After the success the team had last year while following the exact same pattern in the first half of the season, I have zero problem with line shuffling. When Therrien sees something he likes, he stays with it, and the second half of last season was proof.

Malkin has consistantly made a better player out of his linemates so I wouldnt be suprised if it works.

Honestly, Malkin likes to shoot more than Sid. If Sid has a guy who can muck and grind, but also has a decent scoring touch (read Max), he's better off.

I like it.

I'd rather it be Fedotenko, but all I care about is that they find someone who works out in that role. It's probably better that it be Dupuis since he's signed for two more years after this one. But if Dupuis doesn't cut it, Fedotenko or someone else will get his chance.

Sykora said to Malkin this morning after practice: "Well, it's you, me and Dupuis."

can't argue with those lines though I would like to see Cooke get more than 4th line minutes. Maybe MT spots him on Sid or Malkin's lines throughout the game
