And I'm Robert De Niro.

Reasoning? And are you De Niro 1975 or De Niro 2008?

Letang, Gogo, Minard

we have a bunch of good Dmen on the team and the best prospects are young Dmen and if we want anything at the trade deadline we'll have to give up one unfortunately i think

I understand Gogo has been scoring some big goals, but to put him ahead of Letang is crazy.

Letang is the better defensemen, hands down. And he's 2 years younger.

Absolutely. The Pens should be willing to move guys like Grant and Sneep. The future top four on D should be off limits. That's going to be a heck of a D core when they're all developed together.

I don't see Sneep ever making it here, nor do I see Bortuzzo or Gergen.

Strait and Grant could be a solid 5-6 in the future.

people said the same thing about Gogo last year, he was too small, etc. Sneep could very well make the team and be solid in the future.

about Minard - he is doing great in the AHL. 2nd in the AHL in scoring with 4 less games than the leader. i don't think he has a chance to make this team anytime soon so he could be some bait at the deadline, not much but he could get us something we need and i see him as someone likely to be traded just as a favor to him. of course i know he is a forward i should have been more clear putting him next to gogo and letang

nobody wants to get rid of gogo or letang, but we will have to give up a prospect most likely to get a rental or anyone worthwhile. one thing is certain, shero will make moves to try to sure up anything he can.

I don't think any rental is worth Letang or Goligoski. Grant's stock especially has been rising. He's an example of a quality prospect that can be part of a package to bring someone in that the organization can afford to move. Look at the Hossa deal - Armstrong and Christensen look like nothing special, Esposito has taken another step back so far... if they were able to pull that deal off without giving up anything that valuable, a guy like Letang or Goligoski should be completely off limits.

Turn the 2nd into a 1st and add swap Dupuis for Kennedy. Add Letang if they'll throw in Nolan.
