Standing room only seating...

Postby Nhlmachine on Fri Nov 21, 2008 7:05 am

Hey guys, i got some standing room only seating for the deveils game next sat. I was just wondering how the view was and also its supposed to be at the end behind C level is it first come first serve as far as where or is it sectioned off.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks...

You should be able to see the entire ice but will not be able to see the scoreboard. You'll be able to see a few 13" tvs for replays located in the boxes in front of you. Every SRO spot has its own designated number for the person to stand.

It also helps to be taller than 5'5, otherwise all you'll be seeing is the wall in front of you.

SRO is terrible. Look around for empty seats.

Does anyone know how many SRO tickets could be sold in the new arena? I have studied the floor and seating plans and it appears that there may be capability of standees all around the back of the upper deck and behind the end zone seats of the lower deck. This could give us capacity over 19,000 or perhaps even 20,000.

You have a designated place to stand. Do not call it seating.
