Its a clerks reference that can't really be explained here. I think Clerks 2, but can't really remember, I saw the first one forever ago and then watched them both in succession a while ago, so they run together for me.

It took me quite a while to figure out what was being referenced though.

Yeah, it was Clerks II. It was not as good as Clerks, but the ATM scene was hilarious. Along with a few others...

speaking of odd Penguin pics. I don't approve of Bissonnette's choice in bathing suits.

Man he's fit (Bissonnette). Wouldn't have gussed he's a hockey player.

And Malkin's actually handsome on that last picture, not just funny looking =)

Hahahaha

1. The only time either was in the other's shadow was in Malkin's first year because as previously mentioned, it was his first year.
2. Crosby will not be in anyone's shadow until the league decides to stop using him as its face, thats not happening soon.

I really hope I missed a joke because Malkin doesn't get two goals without Crosby's vision and work

And Crosby doesn't get one without Malkin's.

Great to have these guys, right?

You didn't miss a joke. It's the golden rule: there can only be one star player, anyone else is but a shadow to him.

Supastar.

And I just have to add - I recently read in TSN comments section (I don't know why I do these things to myself) that Malkin should have passed it to Sykora, because he only has 12 points on the season.

Anytime you think someone on here has made the stupid comment of the week in the next 7 days, remember that.
