No question it's the Jordan Staal-lead comeback over Marian Hossa and the Wings.

Absolutely. As of right now, for me, it will take a pretty incredible performance/game to supplant that as my favorite [regular] season moment for this season.

Still not that tough to choose. Incredible comebacks like that are unforgettable.

Hearing Emrick's color guy say

"Osgood STUNNED, Babcock STUNNED," after Fedo's OT goal in Detroit.

Not even close Staalsy dominating the Wings might end up being the best Pens moment of the regular season let alone November.

Tough choices. Since Staal's HT doesn't really count, Crosby is nothing special and the Isles are not a real team I am inclined to go with Hartnell.

This would have been a much tougher choice if you had taken Staal's performance against the Wings out. And instead, asked people what their 2nd favorite memory was in November.

True, but just because they happened in the same game doesn't mean they can't be looked at as separate events.

Well the comeback was basically due to Malkin's hat trick. It's the same as Staal's hat trick that WAS the Detroit comeback. The only reason Staal is separated is because he was one person that took over. Vs the Isles, the whole team just dominated the Islanders in the 3rd, but Malkin was the the one who happened to score the goals.

Since he is my favorite player I will second this, with Malkin and Crosby being 1 and 2 in scoring coming in as a close second.

Malkin was on fire the whole game. During the first Period the Penguins were asleep, He is the one that rattled the cages.

Right, but if we are talking about a "favorite moment" the hatrick and the comeback win could be considered separately -- as could Staal's hatrick and the win over Detroit.

The day after the comeback against Detroit when people were asking me if I stayed up to watch it and I just laughed and walked away/didn't respond to the message.
