He's only on pace for 19 goals. No way.

Oh, wait.

The number I'd like to see this year is 100a.

I don't think so. He doesn't have any good wingers what so ever.

If both are healthy all year, I see Crosby getting more points than Malkin

Fair enough. But I don't. Malkin is going to win the Art Ross Trophy this year, in my opinion. 71 and 87 will be 1-2 all season long, barring injuries. They are the two most dominant hockey players of this generation.

Even strength, it will be pretty even. I think Malkin has the better linemates though in Tank-Sykora vs Dupuis/Talbot-Satan. But Malkin running the point on the PP will get him more points than The Sid.

Their point production is only going to go up as Boucher and Whitney and then Gonchar come back into the lineup. I'd say one of em reaches 140 points. The other not far behind.

A bigger question, can the Hart go to either one of them if it's not going to both of them?

Crosby will pass Malkin up when he gets Kovalchuk on his line at the trade deadline.

No actually I think Malkin will win the art ross. Sid won't be far back though. We'll see...

If Sid wants the Ross Trophy, Sid wins the Ross Trophy. That simple.
