You're right. Yeah is stinks they lost but I think it might be just a bit easier if "he" had not gotten all the sens goals. Not much better but a little.

Philly's on the road against Carolina, and that's a tough game.

The Devils are in Montreal, so that looks promising.

Rangers are off.

Who cares about the Isles.

We didn't play our best game and Ottawa got a bounce their way and that happens. I still thought we played well. Sabu came out too far on that Spezza goal but that happens.

3 games in basically less then 4 days. Still got a point out of NY, whipped Carolina. The NY game was just dissapointing because we dropped another lead against them. If we were behind the whole game and got a point out of it then there would be a whole different outlook.

Other then a few shifts here and there Ottawa was far from dominate. We played well but they got the bounce today.

Totally agree 100%.

Plus, if Letang buries that chance late in the 3rd (which, really, he needs to), everyone is singing a different tune.

Flyers will win. I'm willing to bet money on that one. And quite frankly, that's the one team I hate seeing win. I don't even care about the Devils or Isles all that much.

I hate seeing that pathetic city on the other side of Pennsylvania continue to creep up on the Penguins. They piss me off so much.

Ok someone explain to me b/c honestly I have never played, but, how do they justify saying Sabo had a strong game. Yes he made some great saves BUT to me he also made some horrid misjudgements that should not happen. Yes the last goal was a bad bounce goal but he was all over the place today. Did he have a horrible game no but maybe I'm misthinking in a strong game vs a good game. Could be wouldn't be the first. So question did he have a strong game yes or no and did he have a good game yes or no?????

Yeah...I agree, 3 games in 4 days (esp w/the last one being an afternoon game) is tough.

Although Sabu didn't play well...he let in one bad goal and had one bad bounce...

Yes, Staal sucked as always....one goal that was pure luck (since it's Staal) and an average 10 ft pass to Malkin (who did the rest) not withstanding.

Plus, missing Ziggy and Kennedy....hurt.

I wasn't displeased with the effort...

I thought Sabourin was average at best. He was getting off his angle a lot today.

That said, he couldn't do anything about the 2nd or 3rd goals.

How did Peso and Minard perform? Malkin - Crosby - Sykora was the 1st line, soo what Fedo - Staal - Minard was the second or what?
I couldnt watch the game, but I dont like to see replays of lost games.

Peso - invisible again due to lack of ice time.
Minard - played well for limited ice time, had some nice hits and got a good shot or two off as well.

Malkin-Crosby-Sykie was used in the 3rd period and sparingly in the first 40 minutes. Most of the time, Therrien used the original lines (Malkin and Crosby separated).

Lines were:

Dupuis-Crosby-Satan
Fedotenko-Malkin-Sykora
Cooke-Staal-Minard
Pesonen-Talbot-Godard

But, as usual, they were jumbled up quite a bit.

Perfect...huh? And the Canadiens also ended up getting a point. God I hate our division so much...especially the damn Flyers. How the hell are they only 2 points behind us?
