Letter to Santa....

Postby Judy on Tue Dec 23, 2008 2:08 pm

Among the requests....

* Autographed sticks from Mikhail Grabovski, Blake Wheeler, Alex Goligoski and Steven Stamkos. (They belong to the best young players in the East and in 10 years they’ll be a lot more valuable than my Pok’e Mon cards.)

* A new home for the dynamic duo. (I love the old Igloo, but Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby deserve a new crib and so do those devoted fans in Pittsburgh.) Dang right!!!! :D

And even though this isn't Pens related I had to post it...

* Peace on Earth and Good Will Toward Sean Avery. (OK, now that may be asking a lot. But if you can achieve the Peace on Earth part we’d all be happy.)

Someone needs to do one for the Pens only. Who's up to the task? :D

Penguins Christmas wish list:

For Sidney Crosby, a winger who can finish the chances he creates.

For Evgeni Malkin, a gun so he can shoot everybody.

For Jordan Staal, a better wrist shot.

For Marc Andre Fleury, the ability to prevent bad goals.

For Ryan Whitney, earplugs to ignore the criticism that will commence tonight.

For Sergei Gonchar, a stronger shoulder with a quicker return to the lineup.

For Kris Letang, the desire to shoot more.

For Brooks Orpik, all the candy in the world.

For Petr Sykora, the ability not to disappear for five games in a row.

For Alex Goligoski, an apartment so he doesn't have to leave Pittsburgh.

For Rob Scuderi, better hands.

For Pascal Dupuis, ZenPen in the boxing ring. Just kidding. Better hands.

For Miroslav Satan, a heart and some man parts.

For Dany Sabourin, better health for Fleury so Sabu doesn't have to play for a month consecutively.

For Ruslan Fedotenko, consistency so he can continue his good play.

For Eric Godard, Scott Hartnell's face as a punching bag.

For Mike Zigomanis, a quick return to the lineup and continued good health through June.

For Tyler Kennedy, more goals to reward his awesome effort.

For Matt Cooke, cookies.

For Max Talbot, a private investigator to find his heart and scoring touch.

For Mark Eaton, a clue.

For Phillipe Boucher, gatorade.

For Hal Gill, an extra step.

For Michel Therrien, a soff drink.

Umm I'd have to request a belated cup. That's really the main goal.

So this person is saying that Grabovski, Wheeler, and Goligoski are better than Crosby, Malkin, and Ovechkin? The latter three are younger than or nearly the same age as the three he's touting. Might want to do your homework, dude.

I wish for the end of the Goligoski hype. At this rate, he'll be next year's Staal/Whitney. I feel horrible for him.

How about a scope for Letang's stick so he can aim at the net a little better?

Heart. Miles and miles of heart. Actually, anything that resembles intensity at all would be nice at the moment. Putrid effort tonight.
