Awesome I have a couple of Lemieux and Jagr's from back in the day. I'll definitely be grabbing one or two of these up.

Is it just me or do his legs look wierd, the shorts look to short and his legs are really skinny

I think it might be the angle I took the pic on.

Sweet. Would this be a Pittsburgh only thing? Or online?

You can buy them online or at any Hallmark store in the country.....they'll be available in either mid-July or early October...Hallmark staggers their release of their ornaments at different times leading up to Christmas.

It's Johan Santana, the football player is Tony Romo

I hear the Romo ornament looks good most of the year, and then falls apart in December.

Personally, I'd rather have the Santa Berman.

Yeah, that one says it plays Sportscenter theme song and Santa's special reports....I'm sure those special reports include nothing about hockey since it's ESPN!

If it gives the reindeer terrible Chris Berman nicknames I would pay at least $75.00 for it.

You beat me to it. First thing I noticed was the curve of the stick.

tombarrassorules wrote:that ornament isnt very accurate. sidney crosby has never touched a hockey stick with that much curve on the blade.

I must say that I have a Mario Lemieux ornament, and this almost looks like the exact same post as the Lemieux one. Little repaint and voila...Crosby ornament.

The one bad thing about the hockey ornaments - the stick is very weak, and cracks/breaks easily. We've gotten to the point where we don't get out the Mario or Jagr ones anymore so as to not risk further damage.
