Amen Brother :thumb:

Been going with Dale's Pale Ale lately, but I have a new "in" at Penn Brewery, so $10/case Penn Pilsner is looking pretty good.
PS- Yes, it's still open! PP (and others) being brewed by Lion Brewery in Wilkes Barre, but the restaurant is still open. Go, NOW!

Black and tans.

Or When I'm at home I put a drop of yellow food coloring in a pint of Guinness to make a really Pittsburgh pint of the black stuff.

Usually some lager or other (Stella & Warsteiner are my favorites). The missus likes Newcastle, so I'll work that into the rotation sometimes, too. Also like mixing it up with microbrews; there's one from up around Santa Barbara called Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale that I really like. Also dig this Brazilian black beer called Xingu. I have a store run to make here this afternoon, and tonight's refreshments have yet to be determined.

For game 7 against Washington, I pulled out the big guns. Got a case of IC and wore a Pens shirt, sweater and hat. (usually I just go with the shirt)

Rob UK Pen, New Castle is mid to top shelf beer here, costing upwards of $4.00 a bottle and $30 a case. I am not a big fan myself but it's pretty popular.

Wish I knew. Can't you guys get started on sending some more beer engines and cask ale to the US instead? :D

Pre game = Rum and coke

Game time = 6+ Michelob Ultras

Was switching around but settled on Michelob Ultra in Game 3 of the Caps series and we are now 6-0 when I do the combo of a pregame drink with 6+ Michelob's, the only other win since being Game 3 vs the Canes since I didn't see all but the last 30 seconds, which we're now 3-0 in games I have not watched.

Little Penguin brand Shiraz with dinner, nothing but Labatt [offical beer of the Penguins] during games.

During dire times the group "dip" is implemented.

Skoal for a goal [powerplays]. Red Seal to seal the deal [under 8 mimutes left w/ lead]. Cope for Hope [down in 3rd periods].

Those that don't partake in group "dips" are provided with jerky chew.

Wow! It's a pretty much low end brand over here - except in Newcastle, where I believe they bath in it.

Can't stand it myself.

Is it imported or brewed in the US?

Not my cup of tea though.

thanks to archaic liquor laws, it's damn near impossible to have any type of alcohol shipped to PA. :(

I often pair the Old German with pork products. Mrs. Lunchman has lots of candles.

I checked their wikipedia, it implies that it's imported over here.

In college, we drank so much Old German, a friend hot glue gunned cans together to make a life sized robot out of the cans, "Beer Bot" which was later recycled for beer money.
