2005 federal/state taxes aren't due until 4/15/06. I guess it is possible there could be quarterly local taxes due or possibly estimated quarterly federal taxes due, but given the fact nobody needs to have filed an actual 2005 tax return yet it is unlikely there was any evasion involved.
