I looked up the writer's profile, and he is a die-hard Washington Redskins Fan and Washington Capitals Fan.....so the article is probably wishful thinking.

I am concerned that this presser will have doctors. Without doctors he could say he was ready to go. With doctors, when he says he's shut down for the year or possibly more, they will be there to answer specifics. Pure speculation.

From all reports, he's been working out as hard as he possibly can, but when he hits about 90% its when he maybe needs to take a step back. Which would mean to me he is progressing but not quite there yet. Thats where I expect this thing to go today. He is improving, but not ready and no timetable. I'd take that over a lot of other options.

Im on the fence about that. There is going to be a lot of questions asked as to what exactly was wrong and why it is taking so long. People don't want to just settle for "every concussion is different" They're gonna want to know specifics as to why this one is.
