I think twitter is dumb for "normal" people like all the college age and high school kids who use it to announce stupid crap that they are doing.

I think twitter is fantastic for media and news outlets to break stories quickly.

Yes Twitter is very fun. I still probably wouldn't be as into it but when you get replied back too from "celebrities" you can't help but get addicted. Madden's replied to me twice, even threw in Ryan Whitney and Colby Armstrong into a reply. I've had a conversation wtih a few guys from pittsburgh media, and also from national media. And Kelly Kelly retweeted me when I ripped her bf Sheldon Souray before the Pens played the Stars a few weeks ago. Its just for the lulz for the most part

I love following athletes (like Geno and Neal) on twitter because seeing their world and getting a little glimpse into their lives is awesome. Geno's tweet about 6 months ago about a tomato being a fruit was pure gold.
