Remember when 4 goals was enough to win a game? Yeah, those were good days...

Anyone with half a brain should regret it. He has been awesome. The pens offer was ****.

Let's compare Ray Shero's record with Paul Holmgren's and then talk about what the Pens' offer to Jagr meant.

On a positive note, what they do with all they have is pretty darn good..we got 4 goals!! remember last spring's goal drought? We still have some fabulous players and with the revolving door right now (esp. on D) it's tough. They will get to their game.. heck we outshot them 36-24.

Yeah it doesn't help that Johnson was pretty invisible. Those injuries are definitely beginning to manifest itself on the ice.

Lol we got 4 goals against one of the worst teams in the league for overall defense. Spectacular.

I dunno, I'm pretty impressed with Malkin, Neal, Kunitz, etc, against any team in the league.

Nobody here would talk about him if the Pens were even halfway healthy.

Yeah who would want his point per game average..

you must not watch other teams play, there are better wingers out there. Pen have Neal and thats about it. Jagr would look great with whatever center the Pens have playing that night. I dont get why some Pens fans wont admit Shero dropped the ball with Jagr

Engelland isn't a rookie anymore.

Started with the TK turnover.

Thought that was Despres out there with Picard. Yes, TK started it.

My point is not that JJ wouldn't look good on the team. My point is that not getting JJ is the least of our problems. And when you say the Pens have Neal and that's about it, I wonder if you watch your own team play. The Pens don't need other players, they need healthy players.

i think he's a much bigger concern than the backup goalie and a forward making 2 mill a year.

orpik has come up small since the pressure was put on him to come up big. he's never been a great regular season player, but this year that would be putting it kindly.
