This is the first Veilleux thread since 2009. What are you talking about? Based on your comments on him, you haven't even read a camp day report on him, much less watched him on the ice.

I don't understand the condescending tone from the forum's jester unless this is a joke.


Half joke, I guess. He may not always get his own thread but there's someone penciling him in the NHL roster every year. Remember how awesome he was at rookie camp last year (or 2010, I can't remember)? Mediocre (and incomplete) QMJHL and AHL seasons be damned, that made him a front runner for an NHL spot.

He can have all the skill in the world but if he doesn't put up numbers or stay healthy he's not making it. And he never has before so I don't know why he all of a sudden would now.
