I just got 69, but it took me about 20 attempts to actually get it out the window. It either comes up short or hits the fan.

Not really. I average 115 or so. I've gotten as far as 125 before. There is a trick.

Click and release the mouse on the plane and move it to the upper left hand corner. Move the mouse pointer outside the game window and around to the other side of the window. Bring the pointer back into the game window right around the base board of the office wall. Play around with it.

This is the only way I can get it past 100. It goes through the upper-wall (clipping fail), and has enough height/speed to make it to 109/113.

I hit 112 doing PFiDC's method (took me a few tries to figure out that the plane will move with the arrow if you just click and let go), but the majority of the time it gets out and just starts flipping.
