I like Jeffrey, but unfortunately he doesn't seem to fit on this club as currently constituted. Like Letestu; his best position is center; but he is not a 3rd or 4th line guy with checking ability. Plus, I know he isn't a top 6 on the Pens as constructed. He would be best off being dealt with someone else most likely for a veteran wing or d-man. Not sure how much value 1 monster game against the Bruins a couple years ago can buy you.

He's perfectly fine as a 13th forward atm.
