Please note, we did NOT reprint tickets that were posted on NHL Ticket Exchange, forwarded or printed at home through Account Manager. Reprinting these tickets would have voided the new barcode associated to those actions. Should you remove tickets from NHL Ticket Exchange and need the paper tickets, please call 412.642.PENS to have those tickets reprinted. To protect the integrity of the barcode, we ask that tickets are removed from resale before we reprint."
Makes no sense to me since the barcode on the TicketExchange IS different than the ticket - and they could easily determine with a decent computer tracking system (which I assumed Ticketmaster would have) that a transaction on TicketEchange voids the barcode on the paper ticket REGARDLESS of which was created first.
What they've done is created a real pain in the arse for the season ticket holders to track which games are going on and off the Exchange.
