I liked Talbot, but he's right where he should be.

.15/.23 goals per game regular season vs playoffs for Talbot and .21/.14 for Kennedy. Neither great but I'd rather have Talbot over Kennedy and that's the choice Shero made last year.
Not a great option but Talbot would have been better than Tangradi, Jeffrey and probabky Kennedy,

Yes, he is now on the 4th line, even with a fully healthy Flyers roster.

jwest21 wrote:I wouldn't want him there. I like the guy, but he is a penalty killer 3-4th line ginder, not the scoring type winger you would want with Neal and Malkin.

Skating, shooting and effort to name a few. Max is a good Penalty killer and when he is motivated a decent agitator. Kennedy goes hard every single shift. I don't understand anyone who doesn't see that.
Talbot took whole games off. He is a part-time bum who had a big game in a 7th game. He lived off that long enough.

So if Kennedy is so good at all of those why doesn't he ever play the PK? Generally guys who are good skaters and never give up play the PK. Yet he's always absent and Shero has to go out and get Richard Park.
