Where are you? For some reason I have to shake my head a few times a game by his "passes" or lack thereof. Please come back and dominate again!

Knew this was coming....
He has 12 points in 10 games.
He's still getting use to the smaller ice surface
When you take 7 penalties in one game you almost completely take him out of the game. Even more so because Bylsma refuses to give him any PK time.

I'm not saying to trade him or anything, he is still playing at an above average level. Just want to reduce the turnovers

He's averaging 1.2 points per game. And his turnovers are noticeably down.

He can play better, no doubt, but I'm not worried.

Actually I really think the Pens need to consider getting Boychuk a center who can play with him and finish the opportunities he creates. Malkin has sucked offense out of Boychuk's game. He can't take his passes, can't get it back to him on give and go. Come on GMRS, do something.

Not worried either, just know what he can do when he's firing on all cylinders.

Turn around and trade Quick, Kennedy to Toronto for Kessel, Kumelin and 2nd.
I love this game...

Still wish we would have been able to see if Bennett would have contributed to the top 6

He's still putting up the points, but he's certainly not taking over games and dominating the way he was last year. I know it's early but Crosby's gotten into his groove already and Malkin was supposedly "already in game shape" so I was expecting him to be playing at a higher level by this point.

Even though Malkin's been playing all year, he has adjustments to make like everyone else (rink, teammates, etc.) I think he just needs to focus on being more patient and not lose his head during contentious moments in the game or when things don't go his way.

I'll go out on a limb and tell you what's wrong with Malkin...... No Kuntiz
I'm not saying the Kunitz is awesome, but his skillset really complimented Malkin & Neal's game. Factor in the change of ice surface (as previously pointed out) and the frequency of the games, its an adjustment period.

Malkin will be fine, although I do wish I had drafted Stamkos over him at #1 overall

Malkin has powered past Crosby to take over 2nd on the team with 11 giveaways. He's closing in on Letang's 15 giveaways, which is the most in the NHL.
