I'm not sure which was funnier in that thread. The guy saying he would rather have Toews than Sid, or the guy who insisted there was some league wide conspiracy to award Sid secondary assists

I can see this being one of those years where Sid runs away with the Art Ross, but Toews gets the Hart Trophy after the Blackhawks post some ridiculous regular season record (right now they 30% of the way through the season without a regulation loss ). The Canadian media is absolutely in love with him, and the Western Conference journalists are all going to be in the bag for him after personally witnessing the 'Hawks totally dismantle their squads all season. I can totally see him walking away with the most disgraceful MVP vote since 1989.

There is a reason Mario is reported to have said that the only trophies he really counts as accomplishments are scoring titles and stanley cups.
The rest are just beauty pagents.
