Prepaid Parking Pass Question

I recently came across a prepaid pass for Pens Vs Flyers March 24. It is in the West Lot. I looked at the map and I still can't figure out where this lot is.

Edit...im looking for street names. I've never seen this lot before.

You mean where it says west lot on left hand side about 2/3 of the way down where washington place and 579 "intersect"

I guess I should be more specific. Do we know what street its on? Like is it down where the old Mellon Marquee was? Across the road? I don't know this section of town to well.

It's right across from where the Mellon Arena would have been.

I think you have to be heading South on Washington Place to enter this lot. If you are heading North, there is a median and you can't make a left turn into this lot. There is no entrance on Centre Ave.
