Frankly, I don't see Sustr being all that special of a player. But Tampa has a lot of reach when you add in Keith Aulie too, who I think is like 6'5" himself.
He'd be cool to have, but he's not that much of an upgrade, in my opinion, on our current defensive stable of prospects. Depth is never bad, but he had such a better opportunity on almost every other team in the league. Good for him and good luck to him in Tampa Bay.

Aulie is listed as 6'6", I believe. Seeing him celebrate with MSL and Conacher last night was quite funny.

There are always plenty of highly touted FAs coming out of college, and most of them don't make very big impacts. I personally see Sustr as a bottom pairing guy for most of his career.
