If he's here, he'll play.

Maybe less minutes, but Iginla with absolutely no knowledge of the Penguins system and on no sleep is still infinity times better than Tanner Glass

What's the corresponding roster move? Either Martin to IR, Despres to WBS, or somebody to waivers.

I'd still do Despres to WBS... we can go with Murray-Niskanen, Orpik-Engelland, Eaton-Bortuzzo for a game or two

I still can't believe Iginla is a Pittsburgh Penguin.

This... I'm still in a state of shock.

And what is even more insane is on the radio today on trib live, they explained that the Pens really could keep him if they wanted since they will have so many moving pieces.

Just imagine... several years of Crosby and Iginla... I may just start crying...

This might actually make me buy a jersey. And i never buy jerseys.

The #Flames thanked Iginla on the jumbotron with a nice tribute... Standing ovation from the crowd... and still going... #chills

Eric Francis ‏@EricFrancis 15m
Awesome that Cammalleri asks linesman not to drop puck so the standing ovation for Iggy can be prolonged. Flames layers stand & tap sticks

Eric Francis ‏@EricFrancis 16m
Stirring video tribute to Iginla is followed by lengthy standing ovation from fans.

Love it. I'm so glad the fans did not turn on Iginla. I hope the Pens can do them all proud and get Iggy what he deserves!

Wow, the Calgary fanbase is really classy. It feels right when you piss off a team that you are rivals with (read: Boston), but I'm touched that Iginla left his team on good terms.

I know!

And as for the jersey, it's something to seriously consider.

To me it feels like it won't be real until I see him with a Pens sweater on.

Anyone have that song the flames would play after each Iggy goal? The fan morning show had a ball with it this morning.

I just re-read Jarome's quote from yesterday "I'd love to get my first crack at one Cup,"

Let's hope he gets multiple "cracks", all of them in Pittsburgh. :)
