I would agree the the best player and/or captain of each team 'sets the tone'. Thats not unique to the Pens & Crosby, and doesn't have a whole lot to do with bad plays in your own zone that result in goals. That happened a bunch with Sid in the lineup, also.


Seems like sid tends to come out with a shift early in the game where he would dominate down low or like 15 seconds and get the rest of the guys going. Without him, the team just seems back on their heels.
