It's like they forgot it was defense that was responsible for the majority of the streak.

It's really funny how quickly LGP will turn on a team (who is missing 3 of their best 5 or 6 players)

its hard to understand but if you follow trends its not hard to see how this happens. when you have a long winning stream - look at chicago for instance this year - its not uncommon to play two horrible games in a row. you see it alot in all of sports actually.

the players just get so used to winning and quite frankly the new york rangers are so much more desperate and need this game much more.

Niskanen has been awful for about a week now. Starting to get a little concerned.

Apparently I chose the wrong team to watch tonight. I missed the first run of the season.

BS....they are professional hockey players....they are just standing around, watching the Rangers put on a clinic. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION on the ice, no tenacity, NO DEFENSE.

Totally inexcusable. Who are these imposters?

This was the game where we were going to see if we could take our time with all of the injured players or rush them back. If we want the top seed, we need Letang back soon.

That still doesn't excuse you for playing like this the past two games.

Sorry. Injuries or no injuries, this is pretty much unacceptable.

I would gladly donate my jaw to Sid, my wrist to Martin and a toe to Letang if it would help.

yea seriously please give me a break. Tired of people saying stuff like this. The pens have been not just bad but awful the last 4 periods, people are allowed to complain about their lack of effort

They are standing around confused because we are missing the #1 center and top 2 dmen. All new line partners on every line including the D.
