Fans hang signs supporting individual players in the CEC, like in the Mellon, right? I still haven't had to chance to see a game there : ( , and I don't know the rules; perhaps some publicity for the PDAS is in order (not with the intention of slighting other players, of course). : )

Oh, and happy birthday, old man! Cheers!

I'd be fine if he got a "thank you" contract. Something like 2 years, $2.5 million per or $2.75 million per to be honest. I, and this organization, am a big believer in treating your players right when they treat you right. Dupuis has played a big part of this team for peanuts in recent years, I wouldn't mind if we heaped on a few extra bucks as a thank you and then took it year by year thereafter.

What do you think is the bigger thank you from Shero, slightly higher $ or a longer term? Guess it depends on Dupuis' wishes... I'd be happy if Shero offered 4 years at the lower end, he'd still make a great 3/4th liner in a few years. Duper embodies blue collar work ethic and team first attitude - I'd certainly be happy if he retired a Pen!

I echo everyone's thoughts as to his on-ice play. Bylsma trusts him in all situations.

He's also a great locker room guy, as can be seen on In the Room and was seen on 24/7.

"**** you, Geno."

I'm a big fan of #9.

His dogs are fab, I remember from 24/7 and the pet charity calendar. Nice tv too.

24/7 the best to come from winter classics.

I'm in, and I think my user name should entitle me to some sort of board position of the PDAS.

Dollar for dollar, pound for pound, I think Dupuis was a better aquisition than Marian Hossa...in hindsight, of course.
Great human bieng. Pay this guy what he deserves and for at lease 4 years. Oh and Happy Birthday #9.

Oh yea, I almost forgot. Count me in as a member of the PDAS.

Rascal is one of my favs - just a hard working guy with a great attitude and has improved his scoring skills every year. #2 in even strength goals, are you kidding me? No PP/EN stat padding here.

Proud that he's a Pen.

What a game! Great defensively, broke up a couple of scoring attempts, and physical, too.

Three Dupuis jerseys in my section, too.

I may be next...

I'm not a big jersey guy, but I think if I got a Dupuis jersey instead of the single number nine I'd put 5-6 rows of Pascal's Triangle.

Spoiler:
Because I am a nerd.
