He came to put a curse on Stamkos so he wouldn't win the Art Ross. Didn't work...so far anyways. Bwahahahahahaha

Steigy said they had some team thing planned after the Florida game so would make sense for everyone who can be there to be there.

Don't get too excited. They said it was for some team bonding thing. Martin going too, and he isn't close to being ready.

Yeah we know Martin isn't playing so if he's with the team too then maybe they got a beach party planned or something.

Hopefully this means he is done with the dental work for now. I know earlier in the week it was mentioned that there was still some stuff to be done. Fingers crossed that they finished up his dental work and he left for Tampa once it was all complete.

I just read after I posted this that Sid was "cleared" to eat Mashed Potatoes. There are some great Mashed Potatoes in Florida. They're easy to eat for the oldsters.....

I hope Sid reads this board - because when I had no ability to chew or close my mouth I ate Pastina in a little marinara or in some butter. It was SOOO much more satisfying than milkshakes and smoothies and you don't even need to chew at all.

How do you keep your mouth from drying out if you can't close it? That must be awful.

It wasn't that bad really. You can still breath through your nose, and I could close my lips, just not get my teeth closer than about 1/4 inch from touching.

The awful part was being hungry 24 hours a day and having a big dent in the side of my face while I waited for surgery.

I'm guessing from what I saw that Sid was similarly challenged, though I'm not sure what his face must have looked like.

So that leaves Neal as the only man out then? I figured he would have been the closest to returning after Letang. :scared:

Guess the other guys have injuries that are easier for flying and these normal day to day activities.
