Playoff Ticket Prices?

Postby pensfan1989 on Sun Apr 21, 2013 2:27 pm

Does anyone know what playoff ticket prices for the 2000 that go on sale tomorrow will be for the first round? I was hoping to purchase some and can't seem to find a price list anywhere.

I believe they've raised the prices about 5% this year.

I think the prices I saw looked something like:
400-Level: Arm
200-Level: Leg
100-Level: First-born

Where is this magical 400 level? I heard that's where they keep the Civic Arena style cheese nachos.

You forgot a small donation of an organ for parking.

Spoiler:
Actually parking is probably the cheapest if you know where to go.

For STH's...

200-level: $62, $73, $85
100-level: $125, $130, $150 (more for 1st row & Club)

Not sure if there is a STH discount.

I'm not aware of the STH price for these. I looked at the tickets in my book the other day and it said $TBD. Nice one.

STH prices are/were sent with the renewal notice.

I tried to see if 2 tickets were available in 200 section at 10:15 AM and there were none available. Didn't really have $200 + $50 gas + $100 hotel + $100 food/drinks to spend anyhow... Too bad real fans have trouble affording playoff tickets yet there are bandwagon fans/puck bunnies that get tickets and text/facebook the whole game...

You're way too late at 10:15 buddy. I got 2 for Game 1 right at 10:00 but Game 2 was sold out at 10:02.

I hate not knowing the dates, I was speculating game 1 Wednesday 5/1 and game 2 Friday 5/3 though. Anywho, couldn't get any 200 level, and 100 level is too much $.

Not sure if this is accurate but if you look on stub hub, they have all the home games dates posted for entire Playoffs *if necessary. It only lists the game times and opponents as "yet to be determined". Would this be accurate? Would the home dates be set already? By the way, they have Game 1 on Tues and Game 2 on Thurs and Game 5* on Fri, May 10th.

Considering Tuesday there is a concert at CEC, the dates are already terrible.

Anyone know why you can't forward playoff tickets via email? My account says it's restricted?

I think I paid $80 or so for SRO (which isn't bad at all at CEC) to the game against the Lightning in 2011 where we got murdered like 8-2. Of course that was 2 years ago and without Crosby or Malkin so it could be way worse now.

It will definitely be inflated now, but not sure how much. I actually don't even know what our tickets cost us, but i'm trying to sell as many first round tickets as possible for as much as possible. mmmmm love that money.

Did the math. If we go through all four rounds, and there are four home games
per round, the total cost for playoff tickets would be only a couple of hundred
less than the cost of a full 43 regular season plan.
