He looks like a kid who can definitely be a Letang type replacement down the road, but I'm not sure if he will be as physical as Letang. To me, Letang's physical strength for his size and his willingness to hit make up for the odd mental lapse defensively. Not sure how physical this kid can be against men if he doesn't share Letang's commitment to strength and conditioning.
That's hard to know from watching him on TV.
To your point about physicality, I still wish they would have drafted Jacob Trouba instead of Pouliot. Trouba doesn't have Pouliot's wheels but he is bigger, more physical, and still adds some offensive ability to the back end.
