Entenmann's is a Bay Shore Long Island based business... BBBBOOOOOOOooooooooooo!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entenmann%27s

Entenmann's is a company that is over 100 years old and originated in New York. In the 1800s, William Entenmann immigrated to New York in the United States of America. William learned the trade of baking from his father in Stuttgart, Germany, and used his acquired skills to work in a bakery in the United States, eventually opening his own bakery in 1898 on Rogers Avenue in Brooklyn.[1] Later, William moved his bakery to Bay Shore, Long Island.

I wouldn't have known either except that I used to work about two miles from their facility. Entenmanns is probably the biggest consumer products Long Island business that folks up here support.

I have an endurance ruck this afternoon so today's breakfast is a bit different:

4 egg white fritatta with 2 pieces of bacon, kale, and spinach
1 serving of gluten free protein pancakes (no butter) with agave nectar
5 oz strawberries
2 liters of water
1 cup of green tea

half a pink grapefruit
bran buds with skim milk, raisins, and whole natural almonds
black coffee

Have a cold and, to top things off, won’t be able to watch the game--bummed. When I get home tonight and check out the final score I need to see a W. I'm counting on it!

I hope my dinner wasn't a turning point...had Burger King topped off with some donuts from Dutz Bakery in Wexford. If I had to eat that combo again, I would have a massive coronary

Two large cups of strong black coffee before catching the train. Hopefully I'll have time to grab something to eat before meeting with my client in Jersey City.

frosted flakes / corn flakes, mixed 50/50, because one's way too sweet and the other has no taste. with warm milk, of course. i don't know how americans can eat cereal with cold milk.
