Anyone else on this team care to join Crosby in giving a sh*t?

There is no week point on this team and yet we are getting dominated by a team that shouldn't even be in this series.

Where are all the DB supporters now? I've called him out for all his boneheaded coaching all year, but everyone defended him.

Poor decisions on lines, lack of a breakout, lack of effective timeouts...horrible PK.

Now it's showing in the playoffs. But I was so wrong for mentioning that these things needed be addressed.

Is it me or does it seem like the Isles' are getting away with clutching, grabbing, and elbowing?

You can tell that Crosby is going to carry the team on his shoulders. Remains to be seen if that will be enough but he is not going to back down.

Tied 1 - 1 is a bust? Mkay

Down 2-0 early in the game isn't helping.

Apparently. One play Adams should have been called and Dupuis was just interfered with pretty blatantly.

Because they don't need to, unfortunately. Pens surrender gaps on every isles rush, whereas isles choke attackers at the line.

The Isles finished very strong, they have some talent, and they work hard. The Pens seem to think that showing up is enough.

There is absolutely ZERO excuse for this Pens team to be utterly dominated in every single facet of the game to a far inferior Islanders team.

First period of Game 3, and the Pens already look defeated. What an absolute embarrassment. Two words: paper champions.

This isn't about, systems or any individual player. There is only one adjustment needed. Effort. The Flyers won last year because they outworked the Pens. The same thing is happening again. The Isles work rate is so much higher than the Pens right now. How can that be fixed? If Byslma screams at them is that going to change things around? I dont know. They are professionals, its all within themselves to find that next gear.

It's so nice to see a team breakout of their zone the way the Isles do. Tape to tape, leaving with speed.
