Postby Firebird on Tue May 07, 2013 4:05 pm

I failed pretty miserably w/ the search feature (I now know where to watch in Ft Myers and NYC though...)

Arlington, Alexandria, District - that area....any ideas!?!?

You can try Bugsy's in Alexandia. Owned by Bryan Watson, former Cap and Penguin.

Where are you staying? The pour house in eastern market and the mighty pint in dupont circle are both great pittsburgh bars.

Here are a few Pittsburgh/Penn State bars in the area that would be worth a shot:
Mighty Pint - DC
Tortoise & Hare - Arlington/Crystal City
Carpool - Arlington

Plus,
My House - Falls Church (it's probably closer than pittmans)

Or something like Buffalo Wild Wings/Bailey's for generic sports bar.

Love the national park up there. I spent the better part of two decades traveling to DC on business before I ever even learned the park was there. :face:

My Sister Lives off Lee Highway and Has been to Tortoise in Hair before. She said there's usually a decent number of other Pens Fans there. She also said Bugsy's is hockey bar, so it's one of the Caps Bar partners. I can't remember the gimmick but Bugsy's Rocks the Red when the Caps play.
