so true...I mean if he's not going to adjust the "system" if we struggle, can he at least make the Iggy switch to see if we can get him going at even strength?

I'm really thinking Crosby had to have said something to Bylsma saying he wants to stay with Dupuis and Kunitz.

Bylsma tried every line combo in game 3 other than Iggy and Sid.

Not sure...

I believe it was Neal was on the left in practice. The only way you can make malkin worse then he is playing with Iginla is by slotting Iginla in Neal's 40 goal position. Neal needs to be on he right. Iginla will not produce on either wing but Neal will produce more on the right.

I would try these:
Dupuis-Crosby-Iginla
Kunitz-Malkin-Neal
Morrow-Jokinen-Kennedy
Cooke-Sutter-Adams

DePaoli says 12-71-18 2nd line. Ugh.

Damn, Bylsma officially still trying to force 12-71-18. At least Neal's back to make that line have SOME chemistry.

The questions is, which forward gets hurt in the first 3 minutes? This team isn't allowed to have everyone going.

He's doing it because Sid prefers playing with Dupuis and Kunitz. Really hope Malkin's line works out okay, but Iginla has been completely ineffective while playing LW.

jussi centering the third line

sutter to the fourth.

sutter has not been good but i think he's hurt based on missing some skates he'd normally take and his uncharacterisic play

I'd be ok seeing Cooke and a iginla swap places if things aren't going well

Has anyone been able to watch Tanner Glass over these past 3 games? I haven't really focused on him, and I can't recall anything that stuck out. I heard he let the team in Hits during the regular season (if thats even true...)

Can anyone here defend why he should still be in the lineup over Beau Bennett or Tyler Kennedy?

Beau - Can probably do just as good checking as Glass with his speed, great offensive potential versus the weaker Islander defensive pairings.
Tyler - I think he's best on the 4th line. He still adds more than Glass does in my opinion.

Just upsetting, Bylsma...

Tanner Glass is PK'er. Something TK does not add. He is gritty and capable of being a physical presence. Kennedy is what he is, but he doesn't bring more than Glass and with that you are wrong. And to be honest, suggesting Beau should play over him invalidates any opinion of yours because outside of his goal, Beau has been largely irrelevant.

So upsetting....

Whoa.. did I like insult you in a previous thread or something? Thought I had a good discussion going, and you just ripped my heart out and stole my soul... easy man.

I don't talk around here acting like a pro NHL analyst.

Anyways, thanks for the points. I still feel that Tanner Glass brings nothing to the table besides some late forecheck hits after the dump and chase. I don't know, I really think even Vitale would be a better player in that spot too.
