Grilled stuffed Hungarian Hot Peppers! I stuff mine with a beef and pork sausage mixture that I add a packet of good seasons italian dressing mix to. Then I place the stuffed peppers into a ziplock bag and put a bottle of italian dressing in the bag to marinate the peppers. Marinate for a least 24 hours - then grill (on charcoal for best flavor). As they cook, use the dressing to continue to bast them and cook on indirect heat. Enjoy! By the way, this ismy go-to meal for the Steelers as well. I'll grill the whole way to the super bowl!
