I'd keep Malkin/Neal as far away from Marchand as possible. They might kill him. That's not a bad thing, but probably a penalty.

like REALLY??? THEY are the REASON?!?!?!? :face: :scared:

That concert was probably planned a year in advance.

thats not really my point its the fact that they are the reason...

I'd say that it shows that hockey is gaining in popularity. Just a few short seasons ago Yanni was the cause of playoff disruption. A few years before that and playoff OT games were forced onto another channel because of horse racing pre-race talk. A few years before that there was no season. NKOTB seems like an upgrade. I'm hoping for it to be Bon Jovi in a couple years. Then hockey has truly arrived.

But then again, I don't think Bruins will be thrilled about Iginla-Malkin-Neal vs. Peverley-Kelly-Seguin.

There is absolutely no way they try to match their 3rd line against that unit. Malkin and Neal would eat them alive. They have been Boston's worst line by far this playoffs. However, if the Sutter line can keep Krejci in check at even strength (that line is not particularly fast), that is a big win for us.

Krejci likes to play the game at a slower pace--he likes to gain the zone, stop up and make that cross-ice Crosby pass a lot. Hopefully that line remembers how to back-check.

Douglas Murray needs to eat Brad Marchand the second he tries his joke/smurf game.

How appropriate, it shows Marchand diving

If I was a Boston fan, I really wouldn't want to hear this. I know some will say that this is just part of the Bruins playing mind games by trying to put themselves in the "us against the world mentality", but the Sens tried the same thing last series and we all saw how that worked out.

Marchand and Julien are the two things I'm least looking forward to about this series.

No idea why he would say 'we're in over our heads'..trying to lull the Pens? beats me

Marchand just strikes me as one of those little ****** that draws a ton of penalties and scores a couple of timely goals against us.

I'm literally in tears just thinking about what could happen.

No Chicago, you aren't going to steal from me. This is OUR Cup dammit. We already got robbed of enough this season. I've had it with getting robbed. Captain Intangible needs a Cooke stick to the nuts. Preferably more than once.

I'm going to lose it when they destroy Detroit in Game 7. This is my **** Cup. Get your hands off it, posers

The thing that worries me the most is the potential for garage league officiating. If Boston is allowed to clutch, grab, interfere, slow the game down, I can see the Pens getting frustrated, losing their composure, and getting off their game. If it's called correctly, I think our speed and grit force the Bs into a bunch of PKs...and our PP is just lethal right now.
