Note that Andrew Ference drove St. Louis into the boards and Iginla argued the call... ;)

Shelly Anderson ‏@pgshelly 28s

#Penguins Malkin: "I had a couple of turnovers in the first round.I think I played a little bit better in the second round. Every game
#Penguins Malkin con't: "I feel so much better, so much confidence. Right now I am so excited to play tomorrow.”

Shelly Anderson also had quotes from Sid; the break has given him time to adjust sans jaw protection.

I believe I am officially crazy. My daughter asked why we aren't going to Pittsburgh tomorrow.. Now, I'm actually considering it. Trying to decide if we're going to the game or the big screen.

Big question of the moment - any possibility of a way to get her jersey signed? If they have a skate Sunday morning, I know it's not open to the public, but think after the skate? After the game? Completely missed the opportunity at the hotel in NY.

Chance of storms tomorrow but I'm not sure what the timeframe is. Has the potential to make the big screen a non-option, though.

Okay, tickets bought. Gotta LOVE the ticket exchange. I like getting tickets for less than ticketmaster has them...

Can't believe I'm doing this!

Parking lots on 5th... I seem to ALWAYS park in the same parking lot - about 2-3 blocks up, afraid if I go any further I won't find space... if I want to park in the lot next to Consol (I seem to recall it's a bit more expensive than my usual lot), when should I show up? What time do the doors open? My daughter wants to hit Pens Gear before the game, but I'd like to hit it before it becomes a zoo, if that's even possible?

When I go to the Burgh to see Pens games and I take my rental car, I arrive at the lot accross the street (old Mellon lot) about 1.5 hours before the game starts. Arena opens 1 hour (or maybe 1.5 hours) before the game starts. Now I havn't been to a Cup game when the screen was allowed, but I'm sure that affects parking and, of course traffic and crowds. But if you're able to get there when the doors open (but not the seating area) you shouldn't have too much trouble with the crowd in the Pens Gear store, except that with your daughter wanting to "hit the Pens Gear" store, bring lots or cash and/or a credit card that is not anywhere near the limit.

Oh yea...1) have fun, 2) I'm jealous and 3) bring home a win (most important). :fist:

Conference finals are no joke. You can taste the Cup final appearance. The players are fully aware.

I expect the Pens to play their best game/series. Bruins are a worthy opponent and one that the Pens will not take likely.

Lets Go Pens!

OMG...Iggy punched him while he was down on the ice!!! That's a mortal sin to some people here despite the fact that Gary Roberts did it in about every fight he ever had in his career.

Iginla, Jagr, the Kevin Steven's guarantee, the Matt Cooke hit, blah, blah, blah, blah.

They'll rattle on incessantly about all the above. I can't imagine how many times we'd have heard about a certain Islander if that series had gone to 7 games.

It's only natural for folks to bring up the history of these two teams before the series starts. If they weren't talking about it at all, we'd be pissed about that too.

I mean... I know of this message board where they've already filled up 18 pages of posts and the series hasn't even started yet :pop:

Good juju while mowing the lawn this morning. I was shuffling a few hundred songs from the 80s. Right when I was thinking about 71 saying how confident he is, It's Tricky came on my I-pod. I hope to hear it one more time today.

In round one, the 2013 Pens showed the 93 Pens how it's done. Now they're going to show the 92 Pens how to better decimate the Bruins.

They've never forgotten Ulfie's hit on Cam Neely; Milbury still sobs about Cam.
