I would sit Iginla. He has been a massive dissapointment and I want someone a little hungrier out there to actually win a puck battle.

You have to be Dustin Jeffrey. He hasn't played in 6 weeks. Half the team would have to end up in the infirmary before Jeffrey sniffed a second of icetime.

You might as well sit the whole team, then.

I say we go with:
9-87-12
14-71-18
24-16-58
10-36-19
44-7
47-2
3-4
29

I would take 58 on the third line over 29 starting.

I love the idea of playing Letang with Despres. That might be the only way to get Letang to calm down.

I can't see line changes making much difference. Instant chemistry is hard to find with new line mates. What has to change is the way the whole team is playing. If they don't play solid defense, it will be over. Boston will come out flying and if we let them score early, it will be a long night. Solid D, wear them down and score late. Win 2-1 and go for game 4.

That sounds like how Boston would like to play. Trying to beat Boston at their own game is risky business....its basically a 50-50 game, or maybe 40-60 Bruins. Probably not exactly what you want when if you lose, you are down 3-0 and the series is virtually over.

Boston just seems more able to play that type of game than the Pens.
